AL NG (Planned Assignment Logistics – Next Gen) is an internal crew management platform developed by MariApps for the maritime industry. The platform handles operations like crew planning, assignments, document tracking, and voyage scheduling for global shipping clients. I was involved in designing critical UI screens and workflows to improve usability and information clarity for crew managers and internal staff.

Overloaded screens with dense data tables
Inconsistent UI patterns across modules
Poor user flow for multi-step actions (e.g., assigning a crew to voyage)
Need for scalable, reusable components for future updates
